ACE express labs won’t receive labs results. Patient will need to contact physician‘s office for the results. Usually, most routine test results are ready within two-to-three business days. However, some specialty tests can take up to seven days.
We will not provided any medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis.
ACE express labs is not responsible for any errors that may occur at the laboratory. If the patient requires a repeated collection, we will recollect the specimen at a discounted rate.
Any billing questions needs to be addressed with your insurance and the laboratory. We only offer the service of drowning the specimen and delivery to the corresponding lab.
Payments for service provided will be collected the day prior or the day of service prior to the draw
